Mixed-Use Building in Anatoli

The present study concerns the design of a mixed-use building located in the area of Anatoli, aiming to accommodate diverse functions within a unified architectural framework. The building integrates complementary uses, such as commercial spaces and residential units, ensuring flexibility and efficient spatial organization.

The design focuses on the clear zoning of functions, facilitating smooth circulation and accessibility for users. Particular emphasis is placed on the relationship between public and private spaces, as well as on the creation of a cohesive architectural identity.

At the same time, the proposal incorporates principles of energy efficiency and bioclimatic design, through the use of appropriate materials and construction techniques. The overall composition seeks to achieve a balanced integration into the surrounding urban environment, contributing to the enhancement of the area’s character and functionality.
