Renovation of a Bakery in Preveza

The present study concerns the renovation of an existing bakery in the city of Preveza, aiming at the modernization of its facilities and the improvement of both functionality and aesthetics.

The intervention includes the reconfiguration of the interior spaces to ensure an efficient production process, as well as a smooth customer flow within the retail area. Particular emphasis is placed on the clear separation of production, storage, and service zones, in accordance with current hygiene and safety requirements.
