Interior Reconfiguration of a Residence in Ioannina

The present study concerns the redesign of the interior spaces of an existing residence, aiming to improve functionality, ergonomics, and the overall quality of living for its users.

The interventions focus on reorganizing the floor plan, redefining individual uses, and achieving a more efficient spatial distribution. Particular emphasis is placed on creating open and flexible spaces, as well as improving circulation within the residence. The proposal also takes into account principles of energy efficiency and sustainability, through the selection of appropriate materials and the integration of contemporary technical solutions.
